FBO Spotlight: Landmark Aviation (KIFP)

Flying reader Bill Gardner shares his thoughts on the great customer service at this Arizona FBO.

In our FBO Spotlight series, we’re highlighting FBOs around the country that have received rave reviews from our readers. This latest Spotlight is brought to you by Bill Gardner, who recently flew into Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport in Bullhead City, Arizona, in a Beech 33A. Here’s what he had to say about the airport’s FBO, Landmark Aviation:

“Landmark Aviation provides everything we could wish for on arrival and departure, and it’s happened more than once. They offered cold bottles of water in the desert heat, helped put on my aircraft cover, tiedown and chocks, provided baggage help, a ride to the terminal, a courtesy car loan until our hotel room was ready, then a ride to the hotel and a pick-up the next morning. It’s a small but beautiful new facility. The best part? The line crew team! They’re very friendly guys who’ve all been there a while. There were no rookies without answers.”
