Welcome to FLYING Magazine customer service center. We hope that you love our magazine, but sometimes as with all subscriptions, there can be errors. We want to be able to fix that for you as quickly and easily as possible! Start off by reading our FAQ section below, which might be able to help answer your questions. If that doesn’t answer your question, then we can dig a little deeper on your individual issue. 

FLYING Magazine is published quarterly (Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall), so there may be a gap between when you order and when the magazine is delivered to your address. Magazines are also at the mercy of the USPS, so there can be delays in the process. If you feel there is an error with your account, feel free to contact us at support@flying.media and include your account number and address associated with your account.

Yes, you can easily change your address. If you placed your subscription before November 15th, 2021 you can visit here to change it yourself. If you are having trouble, please email FLYcustsvc@cdsfulfillment.com


If you purchased after November 15th, 2021, please email support@flying.media and please include your name, existing address, and corrected address.

Your gift will be delivered to the gift receivers address you listed between 6-12 weeks after the gift was purchased. The gift receiver will also get access to digital content via the email you provided for the receiver. If they have any issues, feel free to reach out at support@flying.media
