Welcome to FLYING Magazine customer service center. We hope that you love our magazine, but sometimes as with all subscriptions, there can be errors. We want to be able to fix that for you as quickly and easily as possible! Start off by reading our FAQ section below, which might be able to help answer your questions. FLYING Magazine is published monthly, but Magazines are at the mercy of the USPS, so there can be delays in the process. If you feel there is an error with your account, feel free to contact us at customerservice@flying.media and include your account number and address associated with your account.

Yes, you can easily change your address. Please email delays to customerservice@flying.media and include the subscription name, existing address, and correct address.

Your gift will be delivered to the gift receiver's address you listed between 6-12 weeks after the gift was purchased. The gift receiver will also get access to digital content via the email you provided for the receiver. If they have any issues, feel free to reach out to
