Located in Loveland, Colorado, Aims Community College offers three different Associate of Applied Science programs and flight certificates. Aims is the only FAA Part 141 fixed-wing flight school east of the Rockies.
The flight school allows for completion in two years. They provide 2018 or newer aircraft equipped with G1000 glass cockpits and provide students with a straight path to professional careers.

Aims is located at Northern Colorado Regional Airport (KFNL). All aviation programs are completed there. Aims does not offer on-campus housing for students, but nearby, off-campus housing is available. Certificate programs allow students to design their pathway based on their goals.Â

Aims flight program is an accelerated program that varies in cost depending on residency. In-state and in-district students should look to pay about $80,000 for the complete program, while out-of-district students are looking at about $87,000. Out-of-state students get hit the hardest with the full program coming in at almost $130,000. These costs may vary depending on a student’s hour requirements.Â
Pursuing private scholarships may be an option. Aims does accept veteran’s benefits for all their aviation courses that result in a degree.Â
The school is part of Region 1 of the National intercollegiate Flying Association.Â
