The video provides an intimate glimpse into the life of the naval pilots and their support crews out at sea. Pilots describe their harrowing approach to the deck where one pilot finds himself below the runway's surface on a night approach as the deck moves up and down in the waves. There are also scenes showing what can happen if the approach is not successful.
