“I landed at KISM and taxied to Ranger Jet to drop off a passenger. I wasn’t buying fuel or using Ranger’s services that day. They have no experience with me and I was never there before. Not only did they welcome my passenger into their pilot’s lounge, but arranged for a cab, offered him drinks, etc…I am lucky enough to use private jets from time to time and plan to use Ranger’s services next time I find myself at KISM.”
