Cessna's Citation Ten is scheduled for its first flight by the end of 2011, with deliveries expected in the latter half of 2013.
The new midsize jet offers enhanced performance, flying higher, faster (up to 527 knots), and further (3,245 nautical miles) than the existing Citation X, enabling routes such as New York to London.
It features a 15-inch longer cabin for increased legroom, a double-club configuration, and comes equipped with the Garmin G5000 avionics suite.
Cessna announced last week that the Citation Ten is on schedule to make its first flight by the end of 2011. Deliveries of the midsize jet are expected to begin in the latter half of 2013.** **
According to Cessna, the Citation Ten has a new design and performance capabilities that allow it “to fly higher, faster and further than the existing Citation X (Model 750).”
