A 24-year-old skydiving business manager, Sarah Rhoads, was accidentally killed after walking into the spinning propeller of a Twin Otter aircraft at Middletown Regional Airport, Ohio.
Rhoads, who worked for Start Skydiving, was reportedly trained in ramp safety, but the Twin Otter was a new aircraft for the company.
The FAA has launched an investigation into the fatal incident.

Sarah Rhoads, a well-liked manager for Start Skydiving at Middletown Regional Airport, was pronounced dead at a local hospital after suffering severe head injuries, authorities said.
