Raytheon Technologies Corp. (NYSE: RTX) has named Christopher T. Calio as chief operating officer and says Shane G. Eddy will succeed him as president of the company’s Pratt & Whitney unit. The appointments take effect March 1.

In the new post, Calio will oversee Raytheon’s four business units and company-wide functions, including technology and engineering; enterprise services and digital; and operations, quality, environmental, health and safety, and supply chain functions.
