Haiti Relief Stories Appreciated

Flying eNewsletter has received scores of e-mails detailing relief efforts by pilots flying to Haiti. The stories range from individual owner-pilots in single-engine pistons to corporations donating the use of their jet fleets to aid the victims of last month's earthquake. In many cases, the e-mails came not from the pilots, themselves, but rather from friends who acknowledged the pilots' efforts and knew that they hadn't performed their missions for recognition. All of these stories are commendable and represent the best of the general aviation family. While it is not possible to recognize all of these heroes, and it would be unfair to mention only a few, we appreciate all those who passed along their stories and pictures.
