The airplane sustained substantial damage during a forced landing at about 1557 Pacific time. The solo private pilot sustained fatal injuries. Visual conditions prevailed. A pilot-rated witness adjacent to the accident site observed the airplane at low altitude. The witness did not hear the engine and watched the airplane impact terrain just below the ridge line of a bluff and erupt into flames.

The airplane was substantially damaged at about 2055 Eastern time when it impacted trees and terrain before coming to rest inverted in a heavily wooded area. Night instrument conditions prevailed; no flight plan had been filed. The non-instrument rated private pilot and two passengers were fatally injured.

At approximately 1430 Central time, the airplane sustained substantial damage after a section of propeller blade separated in flight and the pilot made a forced landing on a highway. The private pilot and his passenger were not injured. Visual conditions prevailed.

At approximately 0455 Eastern time, the airplane collided with trees and terrain while maneuvering. The commercial pilot and two passengers received fatal injuries. The airplane was substantially damaged by impact forces and a post-impact fire. Instrument conditions prevailed.
