The acquisition will add aircraft ignition product manufacturing to the company’s capabilities.

Hartzell Engine Tech, based in Montgomery, Alabama, focuses on providing engine accessories and heating solutions for the general aviation industry and consists of five subsidiaries, which Hartzell Aviation combined under one umbrella to give customers comprehensive solutions in that space.
