Continental Motors is expanding into the experimental and aftermarket engine segments with the purchase of five businesses owned by Danbury Aerospace, a U.S. holding company.

The purchases include all of Danbury’s assets including Engine Components International (ECi), the San Antonio, Texas, manufacturer of PMA engine parts, as well as Precision Machined Airparts, Sterling Machinery & Process, Automotive Engineering Corp. and EC Services, an aircraft components overhauler.
