Private aviation provider Business Jet is building two new hangars at Dallas Love Field (KDAL) in Texas.
The company said the buildings will add nearly 70,000 square feet of hangar and office space to support growing demand for aircraft services at the airport, where it has 17 existing hangars and two executive terminals. The new hangars are expected to be completed by January 2026.
“This nearly 70,000-square-foot project represents the latest in a multiphased development plan designed to meet hangar and office space demand at Business Jet,” said CEO and partner Chris Wright. “Beyond this phase, we’re excited to have the capacity to build another 100,000 square feet at KDAL to support future operations. This expansion plan reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting discerning customers in all aspects of their aircraft operations.”
Business Jet said the side-by-side hangars will have 28-foot doors to accommodate the latest ultra-long-range aircraft, like the Gulfstream G700 and Bombardier Global 7500.
One of the buildings will serve a single tenant in a built-to-suit space with custom designs, while the other is planned to house multiple tenants with seven individual office and shop spaces.
Both hangars will feature epoxy-coated floors, LED lighting, radiant tube heating, large format fans, electric vehicle chargers, and integrated utility pedestals with power, water, and compressed air.
Business Jet provides aircraft maintenance and management alongside charter, FBO, AOG, and acquisitions services.
