Eastern Mennonite University

Located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Eastern Mennonite University offers a business major with a concentration in aviation and a certificate program. The university is home to the only collegiate aviation program in south central Pennsylvania.

Program Highlights

Eastern Mennonite University partners with Aero-Tech Services Inc., an FAA-approved Part 141 pilot school, to provide ground and pilot training. Flight training occurs at the Aero-Tech facility at Lancaster Airport (KLNS) in Lititz, Pennsylvania, a 20-minute drive from campus.

Eastern Mennonite University’s base tuition is average for a university of its size. Students will pay roughly $15,000 per year. It is a nonprofit university, which allows the school to create avenues to help students pay for school.

Fleet and Facilities

Graduates of Eastern Mennonite University’s flight program will be eligible for a R-ATP.

EMU has solidified a partnership with Republic Airways’ Career Pipeline Program to give students a pathway to successful careers in aviation. Eastern Mennonite University also gives students access to real-world flight operations internships.
