The crash of Jenni Rivera's Learjet 25, which killed all seven occupants, was attributed to a "series of factors" by Mexico's General Civil Aviation Administration.

Contributing factors included the significant age disparity between the pilots (78 and 21 years old) and the aircraft operator's failure to note previously identified crewmember failures.
