The captain of a Learjet 60 and seven passengers who died after the airplane entered a nosedive and crashed in Palm Beach County, Florida, on Sunday have been identified.

The National Transportation Safety Board during its initial news briefing Monday declined to answer questions about the victims’ identities, which have not been shared by federal or local officials as of Tuesday afternoon.
