The Tillamook Air Museum in Oregon is looking for volunteers to join a work party on Friday, October 9, to help prepare the facility located in Hangar B for reopening.
The museum has been closed since December after a powerful windstorm tore a 200-foot-by-30-foot hole in the roof of the 83-year-old Hangar B at Tillamook Municipal Airport (KTMK) approximately 75 miles southwest of Portland. The hangar is 1,072 feet long, 192 feet tall, and 296 feet wide.
