Hartzell Propeller has received a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for its new three-bladed Carbon Voyager propeller.
This carbon-fiber composite prop offers improved takeoff and climb performance, along with a significant 20.8-pound weight reduction (to 54 pounds) compared to its aluminum predecessor.
Designed for durability in backcountry and off-airport operations, it is now available for Cessna 180, 182, 185, 206, and T206 single-engine aircraft.
Hartzell supports backcountry aviation by offering a $1,000 discount on props for Recreational Aviation Foundation (RAF) members and donating $250 to RAF for each Voyager prop purchased by a member in 2025.
