According to AOPA ASI aviation safety programs manager John Collins, the new course will work on any device and sports a faster loading and response time than previous versions. AOPA’s eFIRCs are illustrated with videos of scenarios that pilots may encounter in the real world. Watching other pilots act and react can help the user determine the best way to address these situations, and for the instructors, the best way to teach the scenario to their learners.
