At 1715 Eastern time, the airplane experienced a nose gear collapse during landing rollout. Visual conditions prevailed. The airplane received structural damage to the forward pressure vessel. The airline transport rated pilot and two passengers reported no injuries. After the pilot entered a right-hand traffic pattern and completed all pre-landing checklist items, the airplane touched down on the runway and the nose landing gear collapsed.

At 1405 Eastern time, the airplane was destroyed when it impacted terrain during an instrument approach. The pilot, copilot, and two passengers received fatal injuries. Instrument conditions prevailed. At about 1349, the crew executed a missed approach to the destination airport and requested an extended downwind prior to executing another ILS. A witness reported seeing the airplane as it descended out of the clouds.

The airplane was destroyed at approximately 0206 Mountain time when it impacted terrain during an instrument approach. The Commercial pilot and sole occupant of the airplane was fatally injured. Night instrument conditions prevailed for the on-demand air cargo flight. Shortly after the flight was cleared to land, the tower controller alerted the pilot he appeared to be well below the glideslope. There was no response. The airplane was destroyed when it impacted terrain while maneuvering near the Centennial Airport in Englewood, Colo. Night visual conditions prevailed at the time of the accident, which occurred at approximately 1940 Mountain time. The Part 135, IFR flight was en route to Salt Lake City, Utah. The Airline Transport-rated pilot and pilot-rated passenger sustained fatal injuries. At 0724 local time, the twin turboprop destroyed when it impacted trees and terrain in Ferndale, Md., while approaching Baltimore-Washington International Airport. The solo ATP flying the non-scheduled cargo flight under FAR Part 135 was fatally injured. Visual conditions prevailed for the IFR flight from Philadelphia. At 14:33 CST, a Mitsubishi MU-2B-26A crashed after takeoff from the San Antonio International Airport. The pilot and passenger were killed. At about 21:58 eastern time, a Mitsubishi MU-2B-26A crashed short of the runway while making an ILS approach into Vineyard Haven Airport. The pilot and three passengers were killed. The flight had departed Trenton, N.J., without a flight plan and weather conditions deteriorated en route. The pilot then contacted Cape Approach as he neared Edgartown and asked for an ILS approach.
