The airplane collided with a fuel truck at about 1845 Pacific time while taxiing. Although the two flight crewmembers, three passengers and single flight attendant were not injured, the fuel truck driver sustained minor injuries. The airplanes left wing was structurally damaged. Visual conditions prevailed.

November 11, 2007, Sugar Land, Texas, Gulfstream Aerospace G-IV

At 1021 Central time, the airplane was substantially damaged when its nose landing gear collapsed while landing. The flight crew of three and the five passengers aboard were not injured and evacuated unassisted through the main cabin door. In a written statement, the pilot reported that, soon after the nosewheel touched down, “a violent vibration or shaking was felt, full back force was applied to the control yoke and the vibration eased until the aircraft slowed further and the vibration returned. The nose landing gear collapsed to the right side of the nose and the aircraft skidded to a stop.”

At 0914 Pacific time, the aircraft was substantially damaged when it collided with terrain short of Runway 12R at the North Las Vegas Airport. The Airline Transport pilot experienced an incapacitation event during the flight and was the only fatality. The two passengers received minor injuries. Visual conditions prevailed. After takeoff, the pilot started feeling ill and became incapacitated. The airplane was substantially damaged during a runway excursion while landing at 1446 Eastern time. Visual conditions prevailed; there were no injuries. The pilot later reported a right crosswind during approach and landing. He stated the landing was normal, on centerline and that touchdown was at the 1000-foot runway markings. As the nose lowered the aircraft veered sharply to the left. He reportedly held full right rudder and right aileron but the aircraft did not respond. The airplane was substantially damaged while landing at the Teterboro Airport (TEB) at 1623 Eastern time. No one among the two flightcrew, single flight attendant and six passengers was injured; visual conditions prevailed for the chartered IFR flight from London, United Kingdom. On arriving in the Teterboro area, the flight was cleared for the ILS Runway 19 approach and to sidestep to land on Runway 24. At 13:18 PST, a Grumman Gulfstream II was substantially damaged when it overran runway 16R after landing. The two pilots, flight attendant and sole passenger were not injured. Three parked and unoccupied aircraft were destroyed, one sustained substantial damage and another minor damage when the Gulfstream traveled into a tie down area. The GII departed Westhampton Beach, N.Y., at 09:57 EST on a Part 135 flight with eight passengers aboard. That flight terminated in Montrose, Colo., and seven passengers deplaned. At about 19:00 mountain time, a Gulfstream III on a Part 135 flight crashed while on approach for landing into Aspen, Colo. All 18 aboard the airplane were killed.
