Angel Flight West has introduced a new fundraising campaign to help fund its efforts to transport needy patients around the country. Starting on Monday November 3, you can donate to the company’s Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign at indiegogo.com.
The campaign will run for four weeks and Angel Flight West hopes to raise $50,000 to aid in flying 200 additional flights in 2015 bringing children to medical treatments. These flights can in some cases save lives of patients who are incapable of traveling by their own means to receive the best medical care.
In addition to funding, Angel Flight West is always looking for new volunteer pilots. If you are at the Flying Aviation Expo in Palm Springs, California this weekend you can learn more about Angel Flight at its booth at the Palm Springs Convention Center or you can contact the organization directly through angelflightwest.org.
