Flying Senior Editor Stephen Pope recently completed a fast-track commercial-multi course at Pan Am International Flight Academy in Miami.
Pan Am International Flight Academy, tracing its lineage from the original Pan Am airline, specializes in global airline training, operating over 65 simulators and offering classroom instruction.
The academy provides a lower-cost training solution, partly by utilizing secondhand simulators, and often partners with Wayman Aviation for initial student flight training.

Pan Am International Flight Academy’s headquarters in Miami still feature the iconic Pan Am logo and house an original, fully functional Boeing 707 simulator.Tracing its lineage directly from the airline Juan Trippe ran for more than 40 years, the Pan Am of today specializes in airline training.
