Gulfstream Launches Brokerage Services

Gulfstream Aerospace has expanded its preowned services to help connect existing owners with potential buyers around the world. The new brokerage service will provide marketing opportunities through the company's worldwide network of customers, and Gulfstream's sales representatives can also assist with market analysis, pricing and financing to complete the sale of the airplanes.

Preowned brokerage is available for the entire Gulfstream fleet of high-end business jets and the service gives Gulfstream an opportunity to stay closely connected with the owners of its airplanes. Buyers are offered other services such as Gulfstream’s projected maintenance program, PlaneParts, and aircraft customization and upgrade options.

“With this addition, we truly are a one-stop shop for our customers’ used aircraft needs and can guarantee a smooth transaction, managed with professionalism, integrity and privacy,” said Jim Ross, Gulfstream’s vice president of preowned aircraft sales.

Gulfstream would not disclose any information regarding pricing for its new service.

Pia Bergqvist joined FLYING in December 2010. A passionate aviator, Pia started flying in 1999 and quickly obtained her single- and multi-engine commercial, instrument and instructor ratings. After a decade of working in general aviation, Pia has accumulated almost 3,000 hours of flight time in nearly 40 different types of aircraft.
