The Austin Business Journal was first to report on the filing, which says that construction of an 8,000-square-foot private terminal could begin as soon as January 2027 and be complete by June 2028. The project, called “Signature Aviation Terminal Project for Netjets,” also includes 106,000 square feet of airside ramp space and a parking lot.
