With a theme of “Dynamic Excellence,” the 2023 NBAA Leadership Conference promises to help business aviation leaders of today and tomorrow thrive in an increasingly pressure-filled environment, and teach attendees methods to achieve and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Taking place Feb. 27–March 1 at The Westin Charlotte in Charlotte, NC, this year’s event includes sessions on daily growth, body language, creating confidence, boosting overall morale, and maintaining personal excellence, providing attendees the insights to develop leadership skills.
“The NBAA Leadership Conference is an important asset for our community, as it provides emerging and veteran leaders an opportunity to benchmark their management skills and gain recurrent training that isn’t specifically tied to aviation,” said Jo Damato, CAM, NBAA senior vice president, education, training, and workforce development.
