Semiprivate jet service Aero announced this week that it is expanding its route network with nonstop flights to Maui, Hawaii, later this year.
In a post on social media, the company said it will start service between Van Nuys Airport (KVNY) in Los Angeles and Kahului Airport (PHOG) in Maui “just in time for Thanksgiving 2025.” The post did not say exactly when the flights will begin, though Aero’s website shows the first day available for booking is November 22.
Aero said it will operate the Los Angeles-Maui route with a new Gulfstream jet, which is expected to join the company’s fleet this fall.
Aero allows customers to book seats on highly amenitized regional and business jets. It currently offers nonstop service from its private terminal at Van Nuys to New York, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Napa and Thermal in California, Sun Valley, Idaho, Aspen, Colorado, and Los Cabos in Mexico.
The company also provides charter services.
Aero’s fleet includes the Gulfstream IV, Embraer ERJ 135, and Embraer Legacy 600.
