Gulfstream announced the first delivery of its G800 business jet, identified by Aviation Week Network as going to pharmaceutical company Pfizer.
The G800 holds the distinction of having the longest range of any business jet, capable of 8,200 nm, and received FAA and EASA certification in April.
Its maximum operating speed was upgraded to Mach 0.935 during certification, matching the G700.
The aircraft's interior features a plasma ionization system, 16 panoramic oval windows, and customizable cabin configurations of up to four living areas.
The twin-engine aircraft, first announced in late 2021, has the longest range of any business jet flying at 8,200 nm. It was certified by the FAA and European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) in April.
