Boeing announced it will operate a new engineering facility on the campus of Embry –Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida.

According to the aerospace manufacturer, initial plans for the location include initially hiring some 200 engineers for Boeing’s military aircraft and advanced technology programs. Another 200 jobs at the facility are expected to be filled beginning next year. The new offering will be housed within the Cici and Hyatt Brown Center for Aerospace Technology.
