The market for tablet apps is about as jammed as Starbucks at daybreak. But Bendix King has made it a bit less crowded. The company has told users it is pulling the myWingMan app from the Apple Store, and will refund all their money in full. An annual VFR subscription sold for $99, and an IFR subscription was $149.

Bendix King emailed subscribers to inform them of the decision. A search of the company website for myWingMan returns no results, and the app is no longer listed among the company’s products. The Apple Store no longer lists the app, which was a cooperative effort between BendixKing and Seattle Avionics.
