Key Takeaways:

  • Attendees should plan thoroughly in advance, including flight details (if flying in, with an experienced co-pilot and NOTAM review) and securing lodging like camping or dorms, as options fill quickly.
  • Personal preparation is essential for comfort and safety, requiring gear such as hydration, sun and rain protection, comfortable shoes, and a backpack, while also being aware of on-site conditions like spotty cell service.
  • Visitors should familiarize themselves with the event grounds, prioritize exhibit visits during less crowded times, observe strict flight line safety rules, and utilize services like Lost and Found or on-site shipping for purchases.
