Emirates plans to hire over 1,500 new pilots within the next two years to support its significant growth trajectory and maintain its young fleet.
The airline offers competitive benefits, including tax-free salaries, profit sharing, a world-class provident fund, luxury accommodation, 42 annual leave days, and family travel tickets.
Emirates has already onboarded nearly 2,000 pilots since 2022 and plans to recruit over 550 more this year through various programs, visiting over 40 cities globally.
