Emirates plans to hire over 1,500 new pilots within the next two years to support its extensive global growth strategy and maintain its young fleet.
The airline offers four distinct pilot programs, including Direct Entry Captains and Accelerated Command, with recruitment drives planned in over 40 cities worldwide this year.
Pilots for Emirates receive a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive tax-free salaries, profit sharing, generous leave, and luxury accommodation in Dubai.
