Textron Aviation has unveiled the Cessna Citation CJ4 Gen 3, an upgraded variant of its successful CJ4 line, with entry into service expected next year.
The Gen 3 introduces new features including Garmin G3000 PRIME avionics, Garmin Emergency Autoland technology, and Garmin Autothrottles.
It boasts a maximum range of 2,165 nautical miles, a 2,200-pound maximum payload, and seating for up to 11 occupants, designed to offer superior performance and versatility.
Textron Aviation recently unveiled its latest new variant, the Cessna Citation CJ4 Gen 3, which dovetails nicely with the 15th anniversary of the service entry of the first of the CJ4 line.
More than 450 CJ4s are currently in operation, according to Textron. The Gen 3 version is expected to enter service next year.
