Key Takeaways:

Wing, Alphabet's drone delivery arm, has significantly expanded its service in Melbourne, Australia, enabling over 250,000 residents to order food and household items via the DoorDash app.
This expansion covers 26 suburbs, making it Wing's largest Australian delivery area, facilitated by new regulatory approvals and an increased pilot-to-drone ratio (1 pilot for up to 50 drones).
Beyond Australia, Wing is also expanding its drone delivery network with Walmart in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and exploring healthcare deliveries through trials in the UK/Ireland.
