The acquisition encompasses a broad range of assets, including numerous print and digital titles, Kalmbach Books, and e-commerce operations.
Firecrown plans substantial investments in editorial content for both the rail industry and space exploration, will retain existing staff, and intends to consolidate and expand e-commerce into a "space enthusiast superstore."
