It's not uncommon for things to go missing during EAA AirVenture at Oshkosh, Wisconsin, each year. Fortunately, the culture of AirVenture is such that lost items are quickly turned into the Lost and Found office located near the Brown Arch.
EAA AirVenture operates a Lost and Found office where items are held for approximately 60 days before being donated or repurposed; for general inquiries, EAA can be contacted at 920-426-4800.
This year, a cherished stuffed bunny, found on July 29th by volunteers in the Yellow parking lot, could not be turned into the official Lost and Found and is currently with a "Keeper of the Bunny" who has attempted to locate the owner via social media.
FLYING magazine is now joining the quest to reunite the bunny with its owner and asks readers with any information to contact them at editorial@flying.media.
