Embraer said it delivered 55 jets during the fourth quarter of 2021, including 39 business jets and 16 commercial models. Deliveries for the year totaled 141, of which 93 were business jets and 48 were commercial aircraft.

During the fourth quarter, Embraer and NetJets Inc. entered an agreement for up to 100 Phenom 300 jets amounting to more than $1.2 billion. Under the agreement, NetJets will take delivery of the Phenom 300E model in the second quarter of 2023.
