Key Takeaways:

  • The Paris Olympics have driven a record surge in business jet arrivals to Paris airports, with activity jumping 58 percent in Paris and 17 percent across France compared to the previous year.
  • This increase is attributed to dignitaries, corporate executives, and celebrities attending the games, helping the business jet market recover from a relatively weak first half of the year.
  • While Paris saw a significant boost, overall bizjet activity in Europe was up modestly, North America remained flat, and other regions like the Middle East and Africa experienced declines.
