Signature and Neste Reach Nine Airports With Sustainable Aviation Fuel
Key Takeaways:
- Signature Flight Support, in partnership with Neste, has expanded the availability of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) to nine airports, including new additions in Austin, Houston, and San Jose.
- The supplied Neste MY Sustainable Aviation Fuel is a 35/65 blend of renewable feedstock and jet-A, which reduces direct net lifecycle carbon output by 25 percent.
- The initial Texas agreement alone involves over 100,000 gallons of SAF and is projected to reduce aircraft CO2 emissions by 350 metric tonnes, contributing to Signature's efforts to prevent thousands of tonnes of CO2.
