The Thales TopDeck cockpit in the S-76D is based on the control and display system originally developed for the Airbus A380.

The S-76D can typically seat five or six in its 204-cubic-foot passenger compartment. Available amenities include moving map, satellite telephone and wet bar.
A pair of Pratt & Whitney Canada PW210S turboshaft engines rated at 1,077 shp each power the S-76D.
