Music executive and aviation enthusiast Dave Shapiro, along with five others including two of his employees, died when his private aircraft crashed in a San Diego neighborhood.
The crash occurred during heavy fog as the pilot attempted to land, with the NTSB finding jet parts beneath power lines; Shapiro was also an experienced pilot and owner of Velocity Aviation, an aviation business.
