A Japanese conglomerate, Setouchi Holdings (part of Tsuneishi Group), has acquired Quest Aircraft, manufacturer of the Kodiak single-engine turboprop.
The acquisition aims to significantly increase Kodiak production and establish Quest as a leading global manufacturer of single-engine turboprops.
Quest's current management team will be retained, and manufacturing will continue in Sandpoint, Idaho, supported by the new owner's investment in hiring and capacity expansion.
