Starting in late April, the HondaJet will be making its debut in Japan and Europe during its world tour with stops in 13 countries. The light jet plans to travel more than 26,000 nautical miles throughout the tour.
The HondaJet's public appearance in Japan takes place April 25 through May 5 at several different airports, such as Narita International Airport. There will be public events, including flight demonstrations, to showcase the jet's accomplishments.
For its debut in Europe, the HondaJet will land in Geneva, Switzerland, for the 15th annual European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) on May 19-21.
"We are excited to bring the HondaJet to EBACE and showcase its performance capabilities in Europe," Honda Aircraft President and CEO Michimasa Fujino said. "The HondaJet has broad appeal in this region with its speed, superior efficiency, and a range that connects most of the major cities in Europe and the United Kingdom."
Special demonstrations will take place after EBACE at major cities in six countries including Farnborough and Birmingham, U.K.; Antwerp, Belgium; Paris; Munich, Hamburg and Moenchengladbach, Germany; and Warsaw, Poland.
