American Winds College of Aviation

Located in Akron, Ohio, American Winds offers five aviation associate degree programs as well as the opportunity to work toward becoming a professional pilot and earning an ATP without getting a degree. American Winds students can fly any day of the week.

American Winds is located directly on the Akron Fulton Airport (KAKR) and hosts a PSI testing center.

Graduates of American Winds’ flight program will be eligible for a R-ATP of 1,250 hours.
