Sonoma Jet Center (KSTS) provided exceptional customer service to a pilot experiencing a landing gear microswitch failure on a Friday.
A dedicated mechanic voluntarily worked his entire weekend (Saturday and Sunday) to diagnose and fix the initial microswitch issue, and subsequently replaced a vacuum pump that failed during a test flight.
The mechanic's willingness to work through the weekend, combined with the cordial and obliging counter staff, garnered a strong recommendation for the FBO.
