Signature Aviation on Tuesday announced its purchase of Vail Valley Jet Center at the Eagle County Regional Airport in Colorado. 

Funds will be used to support construction of a purpose-built air cargo terminal at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (KANC).

Deal is valued at $12 million and runs through 2026 with automatic renewals in two-year increments.

Approval would make it the fourth eVTOL company to go public this year.
