The cowl is identical to Cirrus’ non-turbocharged SR22s, but the prop is new, a Hartzell composite three-blader. A built-in Precise Flight supplemental oxygen system is nicely integrated into the overall package and comes with a couple of ingenious safety features. The few differences between the panels of the turbo and non-turbo SR22s include minor changes to the Avidyne Entegra engine instrument pages on the MFD and the addition of the controls and ports for the built-in Precise Flight oxygen system. There are no air conditioning controls on the turbo model: because of space restrictions within the cowl, A/C is not an option when you choose the turbo. The SR22 Turbo Charged features the same impressive cockpit as other SR22s, with luxurious leather seats and airbag seatbelts.
