The Web of legal intrigue surrounding Epic Air continues to grow in complexity - and monetary value. New lawsuits filed against the company have been filed, and charges leveled at principals of the company. In a recent court filing, Epic customer Doug King has requested that the Chapter 11 proceedings be moved from Nevada to Oregon, to be closer to the remaining company assets and possible witnesses. So far, former Epic CEO Rick Schramek has remained out of touch.
