What is a Premium Digital Experience, and how does it differ from a standard digital experience? 

If you choose to subscribe to Flying's Premium Digital Experience your reading experience will be largely ad-free on all devices — desktop, tablet, and mobile. No banner advertisements, no pop-ups,  no auto-play videos ads. The site will load faster, and scroll smoother. (Try 3 months for $1.)

The standard Flying digital experience will continue to include advertisements. No action is needed.

You will have unlimited access to Flying's great storytelling and resources with both experiences. 

I use an ad blocker when browsing the Web. Can I continue to do so on 

We understand. Ads can be annoying at times, but use of an ad blocker would limit our ability to fund the journalism that you enjoy, so unfortunately the answer is ‘no.’ 

However, if you would prefer a reading experience that is largely ad-free, you may buy an optional subscription to (just $1 for the first 3 months) that will display content much faster with minimal advertising. Or, you you can disable your ad blocker while using the site (this helps, too.) 

Print Subscriber 

I am a subscriber to Flying's print edition. Does this mean I also have a Premium Digital Experience?

Currently, subscriptions to Flying's print magazine and’s Premium Digital Experience are two different offerings, however we are planning to offer bundled subscriptions in 2019. 

If you subscribe to both print and the Premium Digital Experience separately, and we later offer a lower bundled price, we will credit your Premium Digital Experience account for the difference.

How much does the Premium Digital Experience cost?

New subscribers can try the Premium Digital Experience for just $1 for the first 3 months. After that, your subscription will auto-renew for the next 12 months. 

Will my subscription auto-renew?

To ensure uninterrupted access to our content, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your term. In the event that renewal pricing changes you will be notified of the change at least 10 days in advance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time following the 3-month trial through Instructions follow.

How do I sign up for FlyingMag's Premium Digital Experience?

You may sign up for a Flying Premium Digital Experience through our subscription form. You may create an account, or use your Facebook or Google accounts to register. You may pay for your subscription using credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay. 

What should I do if I can’t sign up because the system tells me I already have an account?

Because FlyingMag’s Premium Digital Experience is powered by Tinypass, you may have created a Tinypass account on another website before. If you don't remember your password, click ‘forgot my password’ and proceed to reset your password. After that, please attempt to subscribe again.

What should I do if I’m receiving an error message or can’t complete my transaction due to technical issues?

Thank you for subscribing! Please sign in to the site by clicking on the person icon in the site header and begin enjoying your Premium Digital Experience. What should I do if I'm having problems resetting my password?

If you've attempted to reset your password and didn't receive a password reset email, please make sure that our emails are not being filtered into your junk or spam folders. How do I update my credit card on file?

You may add a new credit card by:

1.  Visiting My Account

2.  Logging into (if necessary)

3.  Clicking on ‘Cards’

4.  Clicking ‘Add Card’

5.  Entering payment information

6.  Clicking ‘Save Changes’ to complete the update. 

7.  Deleting extra credit cards using the trash icon to the right of the old card.

How do I unsubscribe/cancel my account?

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

3.  Clicking ‘Library’

4.  Clicking ‘Manage’ to see the drop down window
