Excitement Builds for Second Annual Flying Aviation Expo

Show promises to be bigger and better.

With Oshkosh behind us momentum is growing for the next major show on the aviation calendar, Flying Aviation Expo in Palm Springs, California, October 15-17.

The expo at the Palm Springs Convention Center is slated to feature more than 300 brands, 75 aircraft and 50 educational seminars and tech talks. A major draw again this year is the free Pilot Proficiency Center, which is being expanded to include both IFR and VFR flight scenarios with qualified instructors in Redbird flight simulators. Experts from Jeppesen will also be on site to hold a number of can’t-miss flying safety sessions.

And of course visitors won’t want to miss the Parade of Planes through the streets of Palm Springs on the show’s opening day and again when they taxi back to Palm Springs International Airport for departure. The expo will also feature a number of social events, including one of the best parties anywhere on Friday night at the Palm Springs Air Museum.
